Current to "The Letter of Life"On 3rd May, 2009, excerpts from the Letter of Life were heard in the Ebertbad in Oberhausen. Four pieces were played - by the Free Orchestra Oberhausen under the direction of Rolf Donner.
In addition to the scenic representation by Eva Koch, Dennis Treiblmair and Deniz Fingskes a specially made by me stage design underlined the performance. |
A new kind of musicalAn "opera musical" is a mixture of old and new, traditional and modern, and appeals to both musical lovers and classic music lovers. In addition to rock and pop music, intermezzi and arias are also included, which together form a completely new connection. "The Letter of Life" is inspired by A. L. Webber's "Phantom of the Opera" and goes one step further towards musical drama.

Damian sends Belénus to hide the letter in a rarely visited place, whereupon he selects the ruins of an old cathedral.
Long time later, Diana finds the letter as she seeks refuge from her violent husband. Since she is now completely destitute, she faces a difficult decision, because she could use both ... |
